Photo Booth Pricing

* The hourly rate for the photobooth rental ranges between $250-300/hr. depending on the date and number of hours needed and includes: unlimited groups including an instant waterproof print of each group/set, Digital files on CD of all the printouts, Photo booth Staff Associate on-site to assist guests with the guestbook and monitor functionality and a 90-day ordering website including all individual images, grids and strips available in color, B&W and Sepia.

* Call us for a custom quote based on your specific requirements. Minimum hours and setup/delivery, travel mileage may be required depending on the date and location. (We offer special pricing for preferred referring locations and for full-day or multi-day events. We also offer discounts for customers who book multiple services i.e.: greenscreen or event coverage)

* At some corporate events you can contract the booth based on a price per print which ranges between $5-$10 each depending on the date and number of prints pre-paid for.

* Overtime booked at the event (if available) is based on your contracted hourly rate billed in half hour increments or portion thereof and includes the additional prints. (not required for delivery, setup or idle time but only for the contiguous time the booth is operational.)

* Customized Guestbook or Scrapbook which includes printing of duplicates and on-site assembly for $75. Sixteen guestbook cloth cover colors available: black, navy, dark green, red, brown, grey, maroon, yellow, kelly green, purple, bright pink, teal, beige, tan, baby blue & baby pink.

* The cost to extend the website of all your event images for an additional 30-days online is $30. (after the initial 90-day period).

* Standard Setup, delivery and removal charges are $200 plus $1 per mile beyond 15 miles of downtown Jacksonville for wheelchair accessable locations within 150 miles of Jax.

* An optional hard-panel booth is available and customizable with corporate graphics and logos. We can provide the printing from your digital files.

* You can bring your own props (or we can supply them for $75), standard-sized photo-frames and message boards or we can work with you in supplying the custom items you need.

* Delivery charges beyond 15-mile radius of downtown Jacksonville is $1 per mile paid in advance.

* Double prints at the event are $50 per hour.

* Jumbo prints are available for $50 per hour additional fee pre-paid in advance.

* Simple names, date or logo placement including your choice of colors printed on the grids or strips is included at no additional charge but extensive artwork or logo design is billed at $60/hr.
